Naomi cares about creativity and people. With almost 20 years in the industry, she credits the award winning work she has been involved with to her strong working relationships with creative colleagues and clients. She is the GM of Leo Burnett Melbourne.
She has extensive experience and a special interest in behaviour change marketing, having led the Transport Accident Commission (TAC) account for many years and experiencing success with Amnesty International and DrinkWise. In 2017 she was awarded a B&T 'Women in Media' award and Campaign Asia Account Service Person of the Year. Both The Gunn Report and The Big Won ranked TAC’s ‘Meet Graham’ the #1 creative idea globally.
As well as being passionate about how creativity can solve business problems, through her agency leadership roles she has designed innovative graduate and training programs and led people and culture initiatives. She is actively involved in The Communications Council events and programs and mentors many young people within the industry. She is also on the board of children’s education charity, Ardoch
