Barry Skolnick

Barry started sweeping floors at Carlton Studios in St John’s Wood in the hope of making it slowly up the ladder of the TV or Film World.

Another seven years on from this dusty beginning in the Arts, Barry Skolnick Directed his first feature film for Paramount Pictures, Mean Machine with Jason Statham and Vinnie Jones. Along the way he passed through the Promo departments of The Cartoon Network and Sky Sports as well as Directing Commercials through Ridley Scott Associates in London and LA.

Currently working as Group Creative Director for BSkyB, Skolnick last year also returned to film making with an award winning short Through The Window.
