Rupert Reynolds-MacLean started as Managing Director of Biscuit Filmworks UK in May 2017 and has a wealth of experience in commercial production, branded content, and strategy. Since 2018 Biscuit has been in the top six production companies in the UK in Campaign Magazine, taking the top spot in 2022 and 2023.
Biscuit also won Production Company of the year at the British Arrows in 2022 and 2023, Kinsale 2023 and Creative Circle Awards 2023, plus ranked 3rd on the Palme d’Or Production Company list in 2023.
Before joining Biscuit, Reynolds-MacLean spent a decade in the commercial industry in London, holding various roles from production to sales. He has also played a pivotal role in launching several promising young directors into the UK market. The projects he has contributed to have garnered recognition and accolades from renowned institutions such as D&AD, Cannes Lions, Kinsale, Shots, The Webby's, British Arrows, UK MVA, Clio, Campaign Big, and BAFTA.
