Alina Damaschin Ciocirlan believes in the power of creativity to make people think differently, transform relationships with brands and positively impact lives.
After years of working in several ad land creative networks such as Saatchi & Saatchi and leading a wide range of integrated communication projects for international brands, Alina joined the PR land as Managing Director of one of the most respected PR agency in Romania. Few years later, she became a partner of the same agency named today Rogalski Damaschin PR and further contributed to its business development and recognition in local and international competitions.
She created and been involved into campaigns awarded in Cannes Lions, Effie, Digital Communication Awards, SABRE, European Excellence, and a multitude of local PR, advertising or digital competitions.
She has been previously a juror in Cannes Lions, Eurobest and also a host of local competitions.
Alina has graduated the MBA in Communication and Leadership at Quadriga University of Applied Sciences in Berlin.
