Based in Sydney, Australia, Lesley has more than 20 years of experience in audio post-production and talent management. She has worked as a Theatrical and Voice-over Agent at some of Australia’s top acting and voice agencies, and as an Audio Post Producer/Voice Casting Professional across several of Australia’s leading sound post houses working on advertising, film and television projects.
Founder of voice casting agency, The Casting Chambers Lesley strongly believes having a brand voice is of paramount importance, particularly as we move towards a future with voice technology at the fore. Her goal is to make sure every brand finds their unique brand voice. Lesley is also a founding member of the leadership team for Women in Voice: Australia & New Zealand.
When she's not at work, Lesley can be found at the theatre, in a gym or at home arguing with her two Siamese cats over who’s boss.
