Gali Lucas is a Design Director at Vault49, London with a strong passion for big ideas.
She works with brands in the PepsiCo and Diageo portfolios, as well as leading projects for some of the agency’s start-up clients.
A rare combination of conceptual thinking and hands-on creativity, Gali is just as at home getting her hands dirty and creating the work as she is guiding and overseeing holistic 360 brand design projects. She loves getting to the heart of a big idea, and thrives on finding the extraordinary in the ordinary.
Always up for learning something new – both in and out of the studio – she loves a challenge and can turn her hand to all sorts of creative skills including screen printing, lettering and sign painting. After winning a commission for the 2018 Amsterdam Light Festival, Gali’s ‘Absorbed by Light’ sculpture has travelled the world (and continues to do so), and her personal work has also appeared at Montreal Jazz Festival.
An advocate for empowering female designers, Gali is also involved in Vault49’s wider initiatives in supporting the next generation of talent and promoting diversity in the creative industry.
