With over 12 years in animation and production experience, Milana founded a creative studio NERD Productions, representing diverse global talent that is continuously challenging their clients and the industry to further push and expand creative boundaries. She is an active diversity and a passionate equality advocate.
Having built a successful female-led production studio in a male dominated industry, Milana champions innovative and forward-thinking company culture, focusing on empowering and nurturing accomplished as well as young talent and talent from non-traditional backgrounds.
Executively producing projects ranging from TVCs to on-line film and other moving image. Heavily involved in all aspects of production in animation, character development, creative conception, Milana is used to working with a highly talented, award-winning and dedicated team of directors, designers and illustrators as well as nurturing and supporting up and coming talent to help shape their careers and make the creative industry more inclusive & diverse.
