After graduating with a Master’s in Visual Arts from Sint Lucas School of Arts in Antwerp, Bob Van den Audenaerde joined Mutant™ as a Motion Designer in 2022. Working primarily with generative design systems and principles, his master’s project explored digital materiality at the intersection between the natural and the artificial. This work and visual research served as a catalyst for his current relationship with motion design as a whole, aiming to exploit various tools and techniques to create work that isn’t defined by the means through which it was created. Focusing on crafting motion behavior that speaks to the distinctive characteristics of brand identities. Shaping brand behavior that feels grounded in their individual realities and allowing them to authentically and emotionally resonate with their audience.
