Rhian has worked within the IT industry for the past 15 years and has spent the last 6 of these at Adobe. She has worked across sales, operations and marketing and is currently leading the UK CC & Stock consumer marketing team as well as driving the EMEA business marketing team that cover SMB, Document Cloud and Education.
Rhian is a strong advocate for equality in the workplace and is the co-chair for the Adobe and Women's programme in the UK. Most recently she led the organisation and celebrations for International Women's Day and is working to further drive the diversity and inclusion agenda across the industry.
Outside of work, Rhian is a mum to her two-year-old son and four year old dog. Her love of the creative industry transfers in her passion for photography and she is often found taking photos of her family on the weekends.
