Shana Dressler has built a decade-long career leading and nurturing social change leaders, entrepreneurs, and creative professionals. She is the founder of Turquoise, a creative leadership consultancy that partners with executives, senior leaders and teams at Fortune 500 firms and social impact organizations. Turquoise works at the intersection of leadership training, executive coaching, work culture transformation and organizational design all in service of igniting meaningful impact.
Prior to launching Turquoise, Shana served as Executive Director for Google’s 30 Weeks, an incubator that transformed designers into founders by equipping them with the entrepreneurial skills, knowledge and tech know-how to create products and launch impactful companies. 30 Weeks was named by Fast Company in 2015 as one of the Top 10 Most Innovative Companies in Design. Shana is an Aspen Institute Scholar, a member of the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences, and a judge for The Webby Awards.
