Ektaa plays a key role in growing the Landor team in India and shaping India’s leading brands in an exciting and extremely dynamic landscape. She is passionate about the multidisciplinary approach to branding.
Before joining Landor, Ektaa worked in New York at advertising and design agencies that included Spike DDB, KraftWorks, Momentum Worldwide, Public New York, and Platinum Design. She then moved to Mumbai to establish and manage 369 Inc., a multidisciplinary design studio where her clients included INK Conference in association with TED, Tara, Confederation of Indian Industry, IMG Fashion Week, fashion designer Ritu Kumar and Lite Bite Foods. At Landor, Ektaa’s work includes Mahindra Group, The Park Hotels, Taj Group, Anita Dongre, John Keels Group– Sri Lanka and ICICI Bank.
Ektaa holds a BFA in Communication Design from Pratt Institute. She also teaches history of graphic design at école intuit. lab. Her work has been featured in numerous publications around the world, and she frequents industry panels on design. Ektaa also runs the Aashansh Foundation, a non-profit focused on educating street kids in Mumbai.
