Camilla Mazzaferro is an experienced producer and the head of longform Entertainment at FINCH.
Camilla has produced a prolific number of award winning commercial campaigns including Bring Down the King for SKY (Cannes Bronze Lion, 2014), Deng Adut for Western Sydney Uni (Cannes Silver Lion & Palm Award at Spikes 2016) Rat’s Tale for NZTA (Cannes Bronze Lion, 2018, Silver and Bronze Spikes 2017), Frank for Westpac (Bronze Spikes 2018), and Every Second Counts St Kilda Film Festival (Grand Prix and Silver Spikes 2016).
With producing credits on feature documentaries Girls Can’t Surf (Official selection TriBeca Film Festival 2021), MACHINE (supported by AUDI and an Official selection MIFF 2019), The Meddler - El Metido (Official selection MIFF 2020), NETFLIX Original Series Chef’s Table, and short film HOMEBODIES (Official selection SXSW 2016) she has guided numerous and highly varied documentary projects to financial and commercial viability.
Most recently she produced the feature documentary A Fire Inside (Official selection Sydney Film Festival 2021), made possible with major investment from NRMA. The film was distributed theatrically by Icon, broadcast on Channel 9 and became the lightning strike for the formation of the new Australian Resilience Corps. In partnership with the Minderoo Foundation, the Corps’ mission is to recruit 125,000 new volunteers by 2023 to protect Australia from fire and flood.
