Melody joined Engine as Head of Film in September 2019.
2024 marks 30 years in the business for Melody Sylvester. She has worked across all aspects of the Film & TV commercials industry. Including post-production and editing at FINAL CUT LONDON & NEW YORK, agency producer at London advertising agencies LOWE HOWARD SPINK & MOTHER, Senior Producer for multi award winning directors Smith & Foulkes at NEXUS PRODUCTIONS and for 9 years HEAD OF DESIGN & ANIMATION and EXECUTIVE PRODUCER of RSCG. Working across RSA Photographic and Black Dog UK.
Melody is committed to working with young people to increase access to the film and advertising industry. A school governor, youth group leader and mentor to a number of young professionals starting out in media, her focus has always been on storytelling, innovation and raising the bar in everything she does.
