Head of Creative Partnerships for international Music Production House, The Elements Music, Dann had an early entrée into the worlds of advertising and entertainment growing up on sets and in studios as the daughter of an advertising head.
She began her career a singer-songwriter, releasing her first single age 17 and went on to work with notable producers and artists, including Ian Brown of The Stone Roses.
In 2006 she sang a cover of Peggy Lee’s ‘Fever’ and became the voice of the FIFA World Cup for Mastercard. The track was co-produced by Andy Carroll, who brought Dann on to run the advertising side of his music production company at the time, Soundfly.
After many years producing for global brands such as Nike, Toyota, Samsung, BMW, she took time to have a family, re-uniting with Andy and The Elements Music in 2016.
Since then Dann's role has shifted to brand partnerships, collaborating with brands like TikTok, as well as supporting initiatives and organisations like Create Not Hate, Keychange and is a global ambassador for Women in Music.
