Photographer of beautiful uglies for the double black pencil winning Inglorious Fruits&Vegetables campaign & involved in the advertising, design and editorial industries for many years shooting predominantly still life and food.

Born in London but raised in the country, undecided on wether to pursue a career in journalism, I discovered photography on a foundation course in art & design. Pictures won over words & I enrolled on a degree course at university studying photography, film & English literature.

Having focused on portrait & landscape imagery at university, after three years assisting a studio based photographer, I began to dedicate my passion, dedication to craft and pursuit of excellence ethos to the art of still life.

Since then, I’ve wrapped cars in pasta bows for Ford, dressed crab claws in stockings for a Las Vegas superstar hotel , shot model made Cornettos in a Moscow basement & draped pasta over rock stars for her charity project ‘LoveMusicLoveFood’ in aid of UK charity Teenage Cancer Trust.

I combined my passions for food, music and photography in this personal project, LoveMusicLoveFood in aid of Teenage Cancer Trust, which I produced with monies raised through advertising revenues & created with the help of talented individuals such as Jonathan Barnbrook, Jason Kedgley @ Tomato and many others to raise funds and awareness for the charity.

I've been honoured to take part on many industry judging panels, been awarded globally which is always appreciated & I hope I will continue to make work worthy of a mention whether Lurzer's Best 200 or a coveted pencil.

When I'm asked which is the best shot I’ve ever taken, the answer is always the same, the next one...
