Richard is highly enthusiastic about creativity and that has never changed since he started his career in the advertising industry in 1993. With his non-stop love for creativity, Richard builds an unconventional creative vision, leveraging the power of creativity for all solutions. That makes him holds the record for most international awards wins among the Taiwan industry, including D&AD, The One Show, Cannes Lions, CLIO, London International Awards, New York Festival, ADC, Mobius, Spikes Asia, ADFEST, AD STARS, AWARD, AME, EFFIE, Tangrams, One Show Greater China, LIA Chinese Creativity Show and LongXi etc.

He leads his agencies which he worked in to win “Agency of the Year” in Greater China or Taiwan for 13 consecutive years (2008 ~ 2020) in several famous international creative rankings, such as The Gunn Report, Campaign Brief Asia and Campaign Asia-Pacific and etc…
By virtue of excellent creative performance in diverse discipline, ADK TAIWAN crowned Agency of the Year at One Show Greater China Awards three times in 2015, 2018 and 2019, and also the Agency of the Year at LIA Chinese Creativity Show in 2018 and 2021.

In 2016, Richard was selected as "Greater China Creative of the Year" by Campaign Asia-Pacific AOY Award and ranked “TOP19 Aisa’s most awarded creative directors” in Campaign Brief Asia Creative Rankings from 2016-2020. In addition, he was appointed to the Advisory Board for the WARC Rankings 2020, the board member representing the Greater China creative agency.
Latest in Mar 2022, he was selected to serve as the International Board of Directors for The One Club for Creativity, to devote his passion and energy for the creativity into the creativity community.

Richard has judged at many prestigious creative competitions in the industry, including Cannes Lions 2022 & 2016, The One Show 2021 & 2018 and One Asia Creative Awards 2021, D&AD 2019 & 2017, London International Awards 2019, Spikes Asia 2019, AD STARS 2018, ADFEST 2022 and ADFEST 2016 Direct Lotus Jury President and LIA Chinese Creativity Show 2021 Film and 2018 Branded Entertainment Jury President.
