Gonzalo was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He studied Advertising and Art Direction. He worked as ECD for agencies such as BBDO and JWT, serving brands such as Volkswagen, Nike, HSBC, Cadbury, Ford, and Pepsi Co.
His most relevant work includes "Barrio Bonito", voted Best Campaign 2007 by The Gunn Report, and the world's most awarded print campaign for 2012, "Flags", for Mercado magazine.
In late 2012, he decided to start Niña, an independent project, together with his long-time partner Pablo Álvarez Travieso, with the aim of creating a space suited to the most current communication paradigms.
