Jaime Mandelbaum brings a wealth of global experience, having worked across three continents on various brands, including Adidas, Absolut Vodka, Bel, BBC, BMW, Chanel, Coca-Cola, Danone, Erste Bank, Forbes, Harley Davidson, ING, Lavazza, LG, Marks & Spencer, Nike, PlayStation, Volvic, and Vodafone. With a career defined by global versatility and creativity, Jaime's creative leadership and work reflect a unique ability to connect brands with audiences worldwide.

Born and raised in São Paulo, he serves as the Chief Creative Officer of VML EMEA, overseeing the network's creative output across all its offices in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Previously, he held the same position at Y&R, playing a key role in securing the agency's recognition as the EMEA regional network of the year at Cannes in 2017, thanks to their award-winning work. Prior to that, he managed operations in Central and Eastern Europe, leading Y&R to be the most-awarded network in the region at the Cannes Lions in both 2014 and 2015.

Jaime is also a sought-after speaker at global innovation and creativity events and has served as a jury member at all major advertising festivals. In 2018, he was inducted into the Golden Drum Hall of Fame, and in 2019, he was the jury president for the Brand Experience and Activation Lions at Cannes. His work has been consistently recognized and awarded at the highest levels at prestigious awards, including Cannes
Lions, ADC New York, The One Show, D&AD, Clios, London International, Eurobest, NY Festivals, and ADC Europe.
