Eiko has been creating digital experiences for over 20 years. She is known for using design thinking to bring people together, and for her multi-disciplinary background across UX and CX strategy, journey mapping, research, and design. Eiko is the Director of Product Design at Loblaw Digital, where she leads the user experience for Canada's largest food retailer.

Previously, Eiko was the Head of Experience Design for the North American Retail practice at Publicis Sapient. Eiko shepherded the experience transformation for one the world's largest retailers through a collaborative design practice that kicked off in 2012, launching their first responsive website, first online grocery offering, first third-party marketplace, and first mobile app in the eight years since.

In 2021 Eiko was a jury member for Cannes Lions Creative eCommerce, and a panelist at UX+ and NRF. In 2020 she presented at the 3% Conference, was a panelist at Essential Retail’s Women in Digital event, and was recognized in Consulting Magazine’s 2020 Women Leaders in Technology feature. Eiko has been published in Total Retail, Chain Store Age, and Retail Touchpoints, and cited in CNBC.
