Serafima has been working in communication industry since 2008. She started her career in The Walt Disney company PR department. In 2009 Serafima switched to the agency side and since 2015 she's developing her own PR studio RODNYA.
The studio's approach to communication is wider than a set of traditional PR tools: it's developing creative ideas and making them newsworthy. As for now RODNYA is the only PR agency ranked in the national creativity rating of Russia.
Serafima is also an independent expert of ICCO (International Communication Consultancy Organisation). Member of WCFA (World Communication Forum Association).
