Reeha is an Authenticity Coach helping create environments that enable everyone to bring their whole selves to work, everyday.

Reeha spent the first 5 years of her career helping Global brands drive industry leading digital creative work. These brands include Unilever, Nandos, Barclays, Barclaycard, Ageas, Experian and Santander.

During Reeha’s time on the boards of Digital Creative Agencies like AnalogFolk, Dare and Kin + Carta, Reeha recognised the lack of investment in nurturing creative talent within agencies and has been on a mission ever since to create environments that enable creative talent to be their best.

During her time as European Chief People Officer + Global Director of Talent Development at Kin + Carta, a FTSE 250 Digital Agency, Reeha has developed and rolled out multiple training programmes globally including manager training with modules like how to develop your own manager style, the art of radical candour feedback, how to set goals and how to give memorable performance reviews. Reeha has also developed a Global Leadership training programme that last year saw a future leaders cohort of 30 in Colombia learning modules like finding your purpose as a leader, creating your own leadership style, coaching as a leader and inclusive leadership.

Today, Reeha leads her own Executive Coaching company, Mighty You. Reeha works with Creative leaders to help creative environments that enable creatives to be their best at work and in life. Reeha is also a guest speaker on topics that affect the environments we work within such as authenticity, mental wellbeing and diversity, equity + inclusion. Reeha is a speaker at Global brands like Adobe, Patrizia, The Marketing Store and Assembly Global.Reeha is also an Accredited Strengths Coach helping individuals identify and harness their strengths as superpowers and an accredited breathwork + yoga teacher.
