Vince Lagana is currently Executive Creative Director of The Monkeys Sydney.
Previously he spent time at Leo Burnett, Saatchi & Saatchi and Goodby, Silverstein and Partners.
His background in design, passion for innovation and drive for big integrated thinking has helped shape his career for nearly two decades.
Vince started his career as a Graphic Designer where he was internationally recognised before becoming an Art Director. He first cut his teeth in advertising as a Direct Marketing creative and soon won Australia’s first ever Cannes Direct Lion. Since then Vince has gone on to win countless awards across many categories from some of the most internationally acclaimed award shows on the planet.
He has been selected on numerous juries including Cannes, D&AD, Clios, Adfest, and AWARD.
