I’m a Senior Art Director, twin (fraternal), part-time oil painter, cat-mom, and former student driver. Droga5 is currently my main squeeze, where I’ve bared my soul on New York Times, Huggies, a (successful) LinkedIn pitch, and now Hennessy. I've also had the opportunity to mentor a young talent trying to break into the industry through the D5in10 program. Before that, I was the only art director at a small agency, where I wore a few too many hats, but got the best experience leading and advocating for a team of designers. And before that, I cut my teeth (ouch) at Anomaly, rolling deep on Diageo (Crown Royal, Don Julio, Buchanans, etc), Ally Bank, and Panera.
I always say I came to advertising “late”. In a “past life”, I was an Americorps VISTA, a PA on the set of a few indie film projects, a graphic designer for a start-up, and a painting assistant in Jeff Koons’ studio. I know how challenging it is to figure out what you want to do with your life, so I’ve been very open to connecting and sharing my experiences with people who are in that boat, trying to navigate these hairy seas.
