She holds a Masters in Behavioural Sciences, multiple professional certificates in CX, Marketing Excellence, Organisational Design, Psychological Safety, and MBSR. As a qualified Executive Coach and an expert in Human Centric Change, Business Model Innovation, and Leadership for Change, Karen has worked with world-class brands in almost every sector, helping them reimagine, reinvent, and reinvigorate their inward organisation and outward facing brand.
She is passionate about sharing her views on the future of human-centred businesses and designing for change, and has received multiple industry awards and recognition for her leadership and innovation in this space.
