Jörg Riommi is an italo/german young man based in Bucharest, Romania.
He's currently Chief Creative Officer of Publicis Groupe Central and Eastern Europe, overseeing the output of the holding company's creative brands agencies across 15 markets. He is also Chief Creative Officer of Publicis Groupe Romania, a member of both Publicis and Leo Burnett Global Product Committee (GPC), and Global Creative Director on Jacobs coffee.
As Chief Creative Officer of Publicis Romania (2014 to present) he brought the agency to #3 in the world at D&AD 2020 and #4 at One Show 2020 thanks to the success of Burger King's Moldy Whopper campaign (Publicis Romania, Publicis Spain, Ingo Stockholm, David Miami), winning among others One Show's Best In Show award and 4 Best in Discipline (Integrated, Print, Outdoor and Film) and D&AD's coveted BLACK PENCIL and a total of 10 pencils.
Before this, he brought the agency to be #1 office in CEE in 2016 making Agency of the Year at WARC regional Golden Drum festival, and #3 Publicis office Worldwide (Cannes 2018).
In these same years, his focus on pitching new business also helped adding to his agencies rooster a series of new, prestigious brands and clients including Coca Cola CEE, Burger King SEE and Jacobs global - all pitches he personally lead.
Before joining Publicis, Jorg worked for many years (2002 to mid 2014) for Saatchi&Saatchi as a creative thinker, senior copywriter, and then as creative director and executive creative director.
He has been part of Saatchi Rome, S. Juan Puerto Rico, Bucharest, Frankfurt and Berlin, and a join creative for several network projects in Madrid, Amsterdam, Paris, Copenhagen, Geneve, Brussels, Milan, New York and more.
Jorg's work gained more than 250 awards at major festivals such as D&AD, Cannes Lions, One Show, Clio, LIA, Eurobest, Golden Drum, ADC and more.
He was part of several international juries including Dubai Lynx 2010, New York Festival 2012, Eurobest 2014, CLIO 2016, Golden Drum 2016, The One Show 2017, Cannes 2017, Dubai Lynx 2018, London International Awards 2019 and One Show 2020.
He still, always believes in the world changing power of ideas and that nothing is impossible.
