As a Creative, Writer and integrated Creative Director, Jamie started his career at BBDO, before leaving in 2019 to help start independent agency “ ‿ and us “, winning and building a roster of clients including Coca Cola, Spotify, Deliveroo, Pizza Hut, Google, Anghami, Spotify, Uber, Adidas, MetLife, Oppo, Hardee’s Carl’s Jr. and Saudi Tourism to eventually become one of the leading independent agencies –– listed as the No.23 overall Creative Agency Worldwide at D&AD awards 2023, No.30 overall Creative Agency Worldwide at One Show awards 2023 (No.6 Independent Agency Worldwide) and Jamie ranked personally No.19 ECD Globally at D&AD Awards 2023 and No.40 ECD Globally in One Show 2023.

Before And Us, Jamie was Creative Director at Impact BBDO Dubai leading the global Emirates account, KFC, and Snickers, winning a multiple awards at Cannes, One Show, D&AD, LIA and Clios in the process. As a result, BBDO Dubai became regional Agency of the Year four times, with Jamie being named No.2 Creative Director in the region, and the office becoming a Global Top Ten Agency in The Drum Big Won Global Rankings and WARC Global Rankings (Previously The Gunn Report).
