Scarlett Montanaro is a Creative Director at Amplify, a global creative agency specialising in experience and culture. Previously from Revolt, And Rising (both B Corps) and AMV BBDO, Scarlett has focussed her career on proving that creativity can change the world.
On the side, she co-founded the non-profit CRACK + CIDER, a shop that allows the public to buy essential items for the homeless which has since launched in London, New York and San Francisco. This lead to sharing her story in stages across the world such as Cannes, Eurobest, D&AD and TEDx as well as guest lectures at University of the Arts and blogging for The Huffington Post.
