I am the co-founder of Wax/On, a creative agency that helps brands grow famously. We work with scale-up businesses, and established brands looking to refine their positioning and reach new audiences. Our unique approach to developing creative in context builds distinctive brands. It also means we're agile and deliver better value. I'm also the voluntary Chief Executive of Outvertising, advertising's LGBTQ+ advocacy group, calling on brands and their creative and media partners to be more LGBTQ+ inclusive. I was humbled to receive an MBE in the Queen's 2019 birthday honours list for services to advertising. I promise to use it to continue to strive for more inclusive and great work.
