Category you're standing for?
I am standing to be the the next New Blood Trustee.
How will you support D&AD over the next year?
I will support D&AD over the year by fulfilling what the organization made possible for myself and others like me. D&AD recognized and promoted me as a young creative, which gave the confidence I needed when unsure of myself. Grateful of the opportunities that have been given, I now want to spread the word of what is achievable with hard work. D&AD truly believes in the importance of showcasing and nurturing young talent, so my goal is to make the organization and the opportunities available known within the young creative industries around the world. D&AD has opened up the world for me, and now it’s my turn to do my part and give back to the next generation of creatives.
Tell your fellow members why they should vote for you?
A vote for me as the New Blood Trustee would motivate and empower young females to move forward in our industry. Representing the voice of all New Bloods would be an honour.
I want others to have the same experience that I’ve been lucky to have with the help from D&AD. Knowing how difficult and unnerving it is being out of school, I want to be apart of the conversation that shapes the creative path for the next generation of young creatives like myself. Being from outside the UK would also bring a global perspective to how things can be structured. I have tremendous respect for D&AD, and would be thrilled to become apart of an organization that believes in opportunity and creativity.
