Luke began his career as a copywriter in Sydney working at DMB&B and Leo Burnett. After becoming a member of The Glue Society, the independent creative collective, he was selected to represent Australia at the Cannes Young Lions. From there he went on to develop a number of campaigns as a creative that were recognised internationally, including at D&Ad and Cannes – before pivoting to take on the role as lead film editor at The Glue Society.

Since taking on the role, Luke has leaned on his creative sensibilities to help develop and produce some of The Glue Society’s most awarded campaigns including;
