Martina is an award-winning Conceptual Art Director with over 8 years of experience within digital. Educated at Hyper Island (the world leading industry specialist school), she's conceived innovations in product development and advertising, within web and mobile. Agencies and clients include: Ustwo, AKQA, Razorfish, Big Spaceship and renowned clients as MTV, Burton, Nokia, Volkswagen, Ford, Adobe, Telekom and HBO.
Working hands-on and directing as well as managing teams is what she loves. Martina is passionate about problem-solving within cross-disciplinary teams and has a pragmatic nature that is always open to new ways of thinking to projects.
She works with teams to conceive and deliver from beginning to end. Her experience ranges from leading conception, art direction and design, to storytelling, including presenting creative to clients. Martina has collected more than 20 awards, the most recent of which is a Cannes Lion for Mobile.
