As Executive Creative Director of Publicis Chemistry, Pei Ling leads a team of creative specialists to help brands scale impact through content and tell sharper stories on social and digital platforms. Since joining last year, she has helped shape and define the vision of a brave new agency in a social-first world. In just two years, her leadership has built a top-notch creative team that won Gold for Social Media Agency of the Year (Singapore) and two Silvers for Content Marketing Agency of the Year (Singapore and Malaysia) at Campaign Asia’s Agency of the Year awards. Publicis Chemistry also clinched 2 Golds, 1 Silver, and 1 Bronze at the prestigious SG and APAC Effie Awards, securing 2nd place in the overall rankings—a significant milestone for a young agency reflecting the team’s creative effectiveness and impact on brands and consumers.
Before Publicis Chemistry, Pei Ling served as Global Creative Director for Google Creative Works in Asia Pacific, where she drove data-driven experimentation for brands like Unilever, P&G, and Mondelez. With over 15 years of awarded advertising experience at Publicis, Ogilvy, and R/GA, she has consistently focused on building ideas that live beyond campaigns.
Pei Ling’s work extends beyond her professional roles. Her award-winning SOS ambigrams for suicide prevention remain enduring in popular culture, featured in BTS’s I’m Fine/Save Me music video and other entertainment mediums. As a jury member for past Spikes Asia, Citra Pariwara, and the Gong Awards, she brings her expertise to shaping and celebrating the best ideas in the region.
