Rob Galluzzo is the Executive Producer and CEO of FINCH, recognized as Australia’s number one production company. Under Rob’s leadership, FINCH has garnered prestigious awards, including two D&AD Black Pencils, a White Pencil, numerous Yellow Pencils, and the first-ever SDG Grand Prix for The Lion’s Share, a conservation initiative Rob co-founded and launched during the UN General Assembly in 2018, securing Sir David Attenborough’s involvement as Special Ambassador.

Rob has served on juries for some of the industry’s most esteemed awards, including the Cannes Lions, LIA, AWARD Award, Ciclope Festival, Dubai Lynx, Adweek’s Project Isaac, Axis Awards, and LLB’s Immortal Awards.

He has Executive Produced award-winning work such as The Most Powerful Arm, a D&AD Black Pencil winner that utilized cutting-edge technology to advocate for those with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, and long-form content including Losing Lena and the bushfire documentary A Fire Inside. His contributions extend to Netflix’s Chef’s Table, which earned an Emmy nomination.

Rob is also the co-founder of Nakatomi, a tech company focusing on social impact, and Creatable, an education initiative empowering women in technology globally, including transformative projects in Burundi.
