Keiko Hirano
Designer / Visioner|Executive Director of Communication Design Laboratory
Keiko Hirano was born in Hyogo, Japan in 1959. She started HIRANO STUDIO Inc. in 1997, and established Communication Design Laboratory (CDL) with Aoshi Kudo in 2005. Her work includes the creation of the symbol and logotype for The National Museum of Modern Art, Tokyo which led to 16 years of continuous design collaboration; communication design for Oita Prefectural Art Museum (OPAM) In 2014, some 450 pieces of Hirano’s work were housed at the “MMM (Maison des Musées du Monde )” museum in Paris.
