Martin is an award winning Creative Director with 20+ years experience in the industry.
Martin has crafted work for the BBC, Oxfam, the Home Office, Comic Relief, WaterAid, Land Rover and Yeo Valley amongst others; spanning social, print, TV advertising, branded content and beyond.
He has particular interest in communications around behavioural change and changing perceptions; regularly working with charitable, public owned and governmental organisations. Over the years he has proven himself to build strong, trusting relationships with clients and takes pleasure in presenting effective creative solutions to their business problems.
Following graduation from Watford College and after a series of project specific positions, he spent long stints at BBH London and Y&R London, he is now Deputy Head of Creative at MHP Group.
Martin is also a public speaker on creativity and a mentor to young creatives at the School of Communication Arts, Miami Ad School and Watford College, as well as continuing to support young talent within agencies.
Prior to his career as an advertising creative, Martin managed a central London design studio as Creative Studio Head and worked as a print production & digital graphic designer for almost a decade.
He loves beer too, co-creating the not-for-profit brewery and tap room ‘Ignition’, a business that gives people with learning disabilities the skills to brew, bottle, label and sell amazing beer in Lewisham.
