Growing up behind the Iron Curtain has equipped Adrian with a relentless challenger spirit and a capacity for resilience, essential qualities in today’s unpredictable world.
You can find the same resourcefulness in the work Adrian has led across his career, with campaigns spanning from local challenger brands, like the Rom’s candy bar “American Rom”, Spinney’s “The Bread Exam” to global brands like IKEA’s “ThisAbles” or Mastercard’s “Where to Settle”, all of them recognized by D&Ad with Yellow and Black Pencils (yes, there have been three of those).
Since 2018 Adrian spearheads Mastercard creative globally and, during his tenure, the brand has seen a creative revival, recognized by the One Show’s Penta Pencil (an award celebrating Agency and Brand who, together, have created stellar work for five or more years), multiple Cannes Lions Grand Prix and Titanium.
In his free time Adrian is an industrious student of economy & social sciences and popularized quantum physics demonstrating once again his love for a challenge. Just kidding. Or maybe not.
