I’m a global Executive Creative Director with over twenty years’ experience.
In that time I’ve worked on some of the world’s most influential brands, from the BBC, to Google, YouTube, and DeepMind.
Highlights include ‘winning’ the Olympics for Nissan, directing Sir David Attenborough and receiving an emergency call from No10 to help with their COVID comms.
Most recently, at Across the Pond, I was asked to transform the business from a production company to an award-winning creative agency. I built teams around the world and our work has now been recognised at all the major awards festivals. Even better, we were twice named ‘Campaign Best Place to Work’ and achieved BCorps certification in 2022.
I’m passionate about mental health and diversity, mentoring at the Creative Mentor Network, coaching at the BRIT school and speaking at the UK Festival of Creativity.
Outside of work I've directed my own documentary for the BBC, been part of a contemporary dance group and play in a folk band.
I’ve learned a few things over the years: the best ideas come from diverse teams, people generate their strongest ideas when they feel safe enough to fail, and writing your own bio is an absolute nightmare.
