She flourished in a male dominated industry by simply ‘being herself’…”wearing gold ballgowns and pink feather boas to work daily”. Jo has created award-winning work…from “London Soho to Cairo – Atlanta to Fayetteville - Chicago to Dubai”. Her career in the industry has been built around truly understanding the personal and political challenges of the global consumer and the emotional and authentic brand connections needed to bridge those gaps. Now in London, Jo consults globally, professionally keynotes, mentors; and promotes D&I for Universities and The ONE School for Creativity. She is very much looking forward to being a judge for D&AD 2024.
