As joint MD and Global Head of Artist Management at Jelly, Nicki has nearly 18 years of experience finding and nurturing new and emerging talent. Nicki has helped to shape Jelly’s roster and production team to where it stands today, currently helping to preside over three studios globally. Alongside starting the ‘Futures’ initiative, Nicki kick-started the community-led voting campaign ‘Turn Up’ together with Bite The Ballot and Jelly. Passionate about demystifying the illustration industry and championing creative careers, Nicki has helped shape Jelly (and the TBM Group) into an innovative employee-owned business, whilst being involved with community initiatives and educational bodies to support and share her expertise with the next generation of talent.
