With more than 15+ years experience at globally award winning Design Bridge & Partners London, Hayley has worked her way up from Junior Designer through to Creative Director - a unique career trajectory that has seen her carve her own path and evolve to push the needs of the business and build an inspired, happy team around her. Over that time, she has developed a notably diverse portfolio, with brands such as Fortnum & Mason, drinks giant Diageo, the UK’s favourite chocolate Cadburys, multiple global brands from Unilever as well as a number of start ups. Along the journey she has not only judged design at the D&AD awards but also picked up multiple awards for her and her teams’ work, including D&AD pencils, FAB awards and Pentawards.
Known for knitting teams together and building strong relationships between Design and Client Leads with her human approach, Hayley is deeply devoted to her team, always championing the next generation and thrives in nurturing talent to help them realise their potential.
Always keen on downing Wacom pens once in a while and picking up pencils to draw up typography, sketch life models, and recently toe-dip into sign writing, she believes creativity is enhanced through stepping away from the screen and getting back to basics.
