Ben is the only person to serve four consecutive terms (2022-2026) as Chairman of China 4A. The China 4A organization has 125 members, including all international advertising agencies operating in China and locally listed advertising groups, serving as the standard setter and professional leader in China's advertising industry.
Ben is the first local Chinese creative to serve as CEO of an international 4A agency, and he is also the longest serving (over 18 years) local Chinese creative at the same advertising company. Since 2006, Ben has remained with Havas (then known as EURO RSCG) after joining as a senior copywriter.
Ben won for Havas its first-ever Cannes Lion in China (2017) and mentored the first pair of Cannes Young Lions (global advertising talents under 30) Gold winners in Havas China’s history (2024).
