Andrea Maloney Richards is an independent creative with over 25 years design industry experience, working for some of the most exciting design agencies in London. She has a passion for ideas and creating work with meaning and purpose.

She would describe herself as a restless creative, always looking for newdiscoveries with a desire to challenge not just her way of thinking, but also the design industry’s way of doing things. This is the essence of what sustains her love of design.

Andrea is a visiting lecturer at Hertfordshire and Ravensbourne Universities, and is passionate about promoting diversity within the industry. She has collaborated on projects with Creative Conscience Change Makers to celebrate the work ofemerging young talent and encourage the next generation of creative thinkers to create socially purposeful projects.
