My name is Misa Murata, from Japan. I am studying Graphic Design at Middlesex university in London.
I tookup street dance such as a hobby at the age of three. The best outcomes from this endeavour have been getting in the top four at Juste Debout U.K. 2018, and my performance at Breakin Convention 2018 at Sadlers Wells Theatre.
I have a deep interest in illustrations, the vrious textures of paper and the expression that those papers can express when used.
I enjoy creating unique and original works, choosing raw materials to carefully match with my design and illustrations. When I find matches between my illustrative work and the textures, I find a special harmony in how the end result reveals hidden message to the audience.
