Carole Davids

As an Indian Jamaican raised in the care system, Carole is a strong believer in diversity as a catalyst for creativity and that if anything, her background has given her the tools to be successful and fulfilled.

Both fiercely self-motivated whilst simultaneously championing the power of working as part of a team, she has built a boundary pushing advertising career spanning over 20 years; one that saw her become one of the first black female creative directors in London.

Beginning her career studying Advertising and graphics at Salford, she was offered a creative role at McCann’s. From there she went on to enjoy Creative Director roles at a range of advertising agencies such as Leo Burnett and Karmarama as well exploring new creative avenues at Syco Entertainment.

Carole is currently Creative Director at Heyhuman where she continues to inspire and motivate teams to create culturally impactful work that genuinely resonates with real people.
