Alice Cartner-Morley, Partner, freuds. Founder, Republic
Alice joined freuds in 2005 after 6 years working on research and communications for Lord Gould (Tony Blair’s strategy advisor) and the Labour Party, including the 2001 and 2005 general elections. At freuds, Alice set up and grew the agency’s insight function working with clients such as Mars, Asda, Conde Nast and PHE to help them understand and shape their reputation. In 2017 she founded Republic (part of freuds Brewery Group), an insight based consultancy which helps clients manage their reputation by advising on strategy, positioning and creative. Republic works across Europe and the US for clients such as Google, The Gates Foundation and freuds’ clients, with a focus on developing insight through cultural intelligence.
