I'm an integrated copywriter and brand strategist with over 19 years service in agency land, plus client-side experience, doing interesting things with brands, ads, digital communications, customer journeys, user experience and social media, across a range of platforms and channels including mobile. I do creative things, I do strategic things, and I do both together. Right now, I'm head of brand language at Brandpie, an independent strategic brand consultancy based in London.
I'm also a poet: I've had poems published in the Financial Times, New Scientist, BBC and many other places. I'm a fellow of The Complete Works, a UK wide programme for advanced BAME poets, a consulting editor at The Rialto magazine, and a member of the Malika’s Poetry Kitchen collective.
