Bianca is an Executive Creative Director, a founding partner at Mischief, and an advocate for women in the industry. She's behind culture-creating work, which has shifted societal perception of the world's biggest brands, as well as the toughest issues. Her work has been nominated for multiple Emmys (going on to win one) and has won more than 100 awards internationally.
Bianca has been named as one of Business Insider’s ‘30 Most Creative People in Advertising Under 30’ four times. Shots magazine selected her for their list of “Rising Stars;” Adweek included her among its “Creative 100;” The Drum named her to their “50 Under 30” list; the One Show and the 3% Conference named her as one of their Next Creative Leaders; she was featured on AdAge 40 Under 40’s list. Most recently, she's been recognized as one of Campaign US "Female Frontier honorees" and as one of Ad Age's 2021 Leading Women.
When she's not working, she can be found running around her 4-year-old in Brooklyn playgrounds and designing birthday cards for pushy friends and family members.
