42 years old; Brazilian, born in France
Graduated in Communications and postgraduated in History of Art at University of São Paulo, Nicole began her career as a marketing analyst at Philips and her work in advertising production as Assistant Director.
In 2002, she started her journey as an Agency Producer - first in medium size local agencies and then in Young&Rubicam. With knowledge in different areas, but always wanting to think "beyond production", she has become a specialist in the development and feasibility of challenging projects, further enhanced after her promotion into Head of Production at VMLY&R São Paulo.
Nicole’s portfolio has been primarily large multi-national companies including Ford, Peugeot, Honda, LG, Danone, P&G, Volvo, TAM Airlines, Vivo/ Telefonica, Colgate Palmolive, Starbucks, Itaipava Beer and Santander bank. She has always pushed her teams to be more creative and insightful in thinking and doing production, using unconventional references and always looking for refinement and high quality in all aspects.
She has been awarded with a number of Lions at Cannes, including a Glass Lion with the I am Project for Starbucks in 2021, an initiative of great and important visibility in the territory of LGBTQIA+ inclusion. Other awards include equally important advertising festivals D&AD, One Show, CLIO, Effie, New York Festivals, London Festival, El Ojo and Brazilian Creative Club Award.
Passionate about visual and entertainment narratives of all kinds and everything that brings sophistication, fineness and fun to image, Nicole always knew she wanted to go beyond the basic, specifically in seeking for new techniques, resources and talents and expanding her work through a delicate and smart look at creativity in production
Nicole is also an active member in several initiatives of women market leaders that promote gender relevance in institutions and supports socio-cultural initiatives.
Nicole is a nature, sports, travel and photograph lover, and lives in Sao Paulo with her husband and daughter.
