Ergin Binyildiz has previously worked with Saatchi, Publicis, Ogilvy, Grey, Havas and is currently the Chief Creative Officer for Happy People Project, a global micro network founded in Istanbul. Amongst his past and present clients are Coke, Ford, Vodafone, HSBC, Unilever, Turkcell, Arcelik, Google, P&G, Peugeot and Reckitt. With his teams, he has won several awards in top shows including Cannes, One Show, D&AD, Clio, Eurobest and Golden Drum. He has judged in several shows including Cannes, D&AD, One Show, Clio, LIA, Golden Drum and Eurobest. Amongst his achievements are One Show Green Pencil, Global Grand Effie, Golden Drum and Epica Grand Prix's.
His agency's work on water preservation for Finish, later became a global campaign radically shifting the communication approach of a world renowned brand. Under his leadership Havas Istanbul was named #3 creative agency in Golden Drum Awards in 2019 and in 2022. It was also ranked as the #1 agency in its region by the One Club in 2021. Ergin has been named as the Creative Leader of the Year in Turkey in 2019 and 2020 for two consecutive years. He was amongst Creativepool's top 100 creative leaders in 2021, and has also been ranked as the number one CCO in the Middle East and Africa region by the One Club in 2021.
