Graduating with a degree in Performing Arts, Lisette began her career at Quick On the Draw where she spent 11 years producing promos and tv ads.
In 1997 she established the first version of what is now Factory Studios. Offering a service specialising in the art of sound design.
Building a team of talented engineers and production staff the Factory Family has established itself as a group of companies that provide exemplary service and creative solutions.
Factory has produced some of the most revered commercial work of recent years. Including accolades from BAFTA, D&AD, Cannes Lions, British Arrows, Shots, Cresta’s and Clio’s. In 2016 Factory were honored to be awarded the LIA Sound & Music Company of the Year picking up gold, silver and bronze wins for sound design.
The Factory Family has evolved to include partner companies SIREN, TEXTURE and HONEY providing music composition, supervision and re-records, content production, voice casting and direction.
